We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our prescribers and pharmacists retain full clinical discretion to decline any request where it is not deemed safe or appropriate. You will be notified if your consultation is unsuccessful.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your consultation is unsuccessful and no prescription is issued, you will not be charged for the medication, though a consultation fee may apply where stated.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier issues or adverse weather conditions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery location is provided.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of prescription medications and UK pharmacy regulations, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medicines. Refunds will not be issued for medication that has already been dispensed, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
